Cancellation Policy
Deposit-Based Policy:
When booking an appointment at our salon, a deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
24-Hour Notice Policy:
To maintain the highest level of service and availability for all our clients, we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours'/same day notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, which will be charged to your account. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us effectively manage our schedule and serve all clients.
Full Charge No Show Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
Sickness:
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well-being as well as the health of myself and clients.
Late Arrivals:
In order to respect the time of both our clients and myself, I ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our studio space is cozy and intimate, and I like to provide my full attention to each and every one of you. If you are arriving up to 15 minutes late for your appointment, I still might be able to proceed with your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your original appointment and have to reschedule with a 50% fee of your full service.
Right to Refuse Service:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is sick, behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Service Adjustment Policy:
If you are unhappy with your service, please call and notify us within three days. We are happy to have you return to the salon and your original service provider for an adjustment. Adjustment services must be completed within 14 days of the initial appointment.
Please note that adjustments cover corrections from the original service provider, not a change of mind. It is important to remember that using a box color or transforming from dark to light tones may take several appointments to achieve your desired results.
